Can I apply Future Employment with pre approval labour when Iam in H-4 status with out change H-1B
my spouse in H-1B status
and my spouse I-140 deneid due to combind edu... 3+ 1 year = 4 years
VSC need four year straight degree,
I have 4 years degree thats what.....

Yes.....you can apply as a case of future employment with H-4 provided your educational qualification and experience match the substituted Labor.

Hi regardingGC,

I have another question associated with this. If I apply GC in future employement when I am on H1, can I later convert to H4 and continue my GC processing?
