Future employment - Please ALL - Lets think about it

ALL, lets start from the end.

Do we have to work for the company that is doing future employment after we get green card?. Are we going to have any problem during 485?.

Reason --- As far as i know the only companies that are doing future employment are consultant companies. We can surely work for this company but What if they can not find a consultant job or client at that time?.....

So if i am not able to find a Contract i don't have to work for that company, i am still trying to understand why everybody is saying that we have to work for that company atleast 6 months.
 
Subcontract and keep your pay-checks flowing from same place - that is virtue of a free country. See someone has to be bonded labourer to show others are free.
