Future Employment Interview Please repllyyyy

Hi Guys,
I have a interview in a couple of days and mine is Future Employment which means I never worked for this company at all.I need help pleaseeeeeeeeee..
What I need to know is:

1. What is the convincing for future employment?

2. What should I say when they ask why I did not join the sponsoring company when compensation is higher than current company?

3.What should I say when I will be joining the company that sponsored the green card?


Can you guys come up with any other questions that you think they might ask for Future Employment. What are the probable questions that I might be asked during the interview.

No offense intended, but how about you start by organizing your thoughts? I was struggling to comprehend what you are trying to ask. Try to be more clear.

The truth shall set you free! I truly believe this. You can try to say the right things, but eventually the truth will come out. You are much better off if you said the truth up front, and NOT asked people for the "right" answers.

What I am trying to understand here is the typical interview process and the kind of questions asked for Future Employment.
I am in panic mode so not able to get the right words.

Here is what i can come up with.

1 and 2). An offer letter that states the start date as after the GC is approved.

3) Within couple of weeks after GC is approved which would allow you to give notice to the current employer.
