Future employment in fast state

Does anybody know a company that would sponsor future employment (for IT) in a "fast" state (such as Iowa)? Preferebly non-RIR.

I am also in the same boat. Dont have much time though employer is ready to process(but got a crappy lawyer), and minnesota is a slow state. Anybody knows any company who sponsor? I will pay.
