Future Employment GC, necessary to join?

Hey guys, what are the consequences of not joining the future employer, assuming that your employer is cool.
I was wondering if someone has any first or second hand experiences.
 
aqan your GC will be approv based upon your privous employer if you dont want to join them you can use AC21 after that you will be save.
 
well in an hypothetical scenario what would happen if you don't fulfill your obligation of joining the employer.. you already got the GC so they (hopefully) can not take it away.
