Future employment EB2

Hi Experts,

I have a company that is willing to start the GC process under future employment. I have a masters + 5 years of exp. He also agreed to EB2 filing.

My eduacation is 12 + 3 Bachelors + 3 masters. He said this could be a problem and an audit might be done. Is this safe?

I can stay with my current employer till I get the I-140 approved. What do you guys think? Please let me know. Thanks friends.
 
as long as you have a masters degree with experience it should be fine. But how come three years masters degree?

I am looking for some help with consultancy/firm who can process GC as future employment as my current company is not sponsoring GC and my H1 is expiring soon.any help suggestion or advice is greatly apprreciated.
