Future employment after GC. Approved?

I just got my GC Approved for future employment,

Here are my concerns


1. Do I need to join this future employer that filled for my GC?
2. Can I just run the pay roll with out joining this company if so for how many months I need to run the pay roll?
3. If I don’t Join this future employer that filled for my GC what are the consequences?

Safest option is to join the petitioning company and work for say about 6-9 months - this would ensure that you met your burden of proof when it comes to intent.
Otherwise, it could be construed as fraud (though it is an unlikely event to ever happen).

Hey and one more thing ........ could you post your 485 details ? What is your PD and RD ? When was it approved ? EB2 or EB3 ?
