Hi, I would like to know about the following
1) What are all the steps involved in processing GC for a future employee
2) Are there any issues in processing GC for a future employee
3) At what stage the employee must join the employer
4) Are there any problems If the GC sponsoring compnay is small
like about 5 employees
5) Were there anybody who obtained the GC by future employeement
Any helps in this regard is greately appriciated
