Future EB2 India movement?

Last year after october visa numbers were released India EB2 did not move a single day for 6/7 months. Is there a chance for furhter movement of dates after October visa numbers release?

I dont think it will move in october. if you look at the trend last year till May it moved only 8 days. It sucks

If you look at this thread people waiting for EB2-GC, 70% of them are having PD before April 2004 , my guess is it even go back to 2003 from October.
