The last 4 months have been pathetic as far as approval speed goes. Thats a fairly long time to be an exception to a trend. Seems like that is the trend now.
But the JIT strangely enough keeps moving forward. Which could mean that either
a) JIT will quit moving forward soon.
b) JIT is rigged. INS just bumps it further to make their numbers look good.
c) INS will pick speed in near future (In November).
d) INS will pick speed in near future (After November).
(PS: I ruled out the option of INS clearing out WAC-01's first before looking at WAC-02's, because it seems that this freeze is overall, and plenty of WAC_02's have been approved).
