Furnishing a new address at the time of stamping?

If one moved to a new location, and gave a different address at the time of stamping of the passport, would the card be delivered at the new address? If it doesn't get delivered at the new address, would it be forwarded to the new address if the old address had a mail forwarding facility??

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
when u go for stamping they ask u if this is ur current address as the card will be mailed to that address so if have a new address and tell them the new one it should be mailed at the new one

u r quite welcom all the best PP stamping is a very informal thing nothing 2 worry at all will take about 10 minutes for the whole process including Finger printing and stamping have fun :)
