Furlough on TN

If my employer puts me on furlough due to coronavirus, am I still eligible to hold my TN? I would still technically be employed by my company but will not be getting paid for a temporary amount of time. Please let me know if you have info on this. Thanks!

Short answer form my posting: you'll be fine - TN still valid until expiry. There's no formal severing of relationship with your company nor prevailing wage requirements. Suggest you look around for other work as a more general plan B.
