Bei allen Beispielen handelt es sich original um die Fotos, mit denen die entsprechenden Personen in den Jahren 2007 oder 2008 eine GreenCard über The American Dream gewonnen haben.

Translation:
All samples are showing the submitted photo of the person how have won DV-2007 or DV-2008 thru American Dream.

Amazing that they even won, so many of the photos are not as per the specifications. Just shows that many of us fret too much over the entry photo.

But then again, KCC do not have the resources to check each and every photo.

They won, but I can't believe that many of them are not disqualified at time of interview.

Maybe it's just a fake agency. Maybe it's just some old pics of the winners and in the entry they submitted had proper pics.(Unlike what is said). Or even that they won the lottery, but were disqualified at the interviews.

But how strict are the consular officers really? I mean will they disqualify a person if let's say, the original entry pic has a shadow in the background.
