What is funny about it is that the BCIS went backward on processing date from 8/22/01 to 8/10/01.. Very competent indeed. Can you imagine if they do the same with those who are expecting to get their green cards thru asylum this fiscal year? In other words, they may go back in their words and state that the processing time for asylum based I-485 will go back from november 99 to september 99. Hope this is not the case. God help us.
