After CP processing can a person transfer his funds from his bank in home country to US? Is there a restriction on the amount one could tranfer?

contact ur bank in the home country ...

if its India then RBI has some restrictions ... ur bank will be able to guide u and if its a large sum of money (i guess over $10,000) then u would need RBI approval ...

If its more than $10,000 it needs to be declared at US customs.

u are getting the money with u ... if u wire the money then US Customs are not involved ...
