Fulltime on H1B from A and work part time on H1B from B

Hi folks
question question for the gurus, esp the great guru!
I am currently on academic H1B from Yale University. I got an offer from a company & they will be sponsoring an H1B (corporate). since the corporate H1 is a new H1 (not transferred from Yale), I will be having 2 H1Bs.

Can I work "part time" at the university and "full time" in the corporate company using the 2 H1s? Atleast for a few months? Since I am in the middle of a project at the university & I'd love to continue working on that part time.

So you are saying I can work part time in a university if I have a valid H1B from that univ? There's no legal binding that it should be a fulltime position or it should be a 40 hr work week atleast?
