Fulltime Job

Hi All,
I am working on TN for a consultancy firm and I got a new offer thru the same company for a 3 months contract to hire position. My present company is willing to place me in that position. Please clarify whether I can take up fulltime job under TN if not what I should do to take up that job.Any help in this regards is deeply appreciated.

Sure you can accept the 3 month to hire and the FullTime if they extend an offer to you for Full Time employment. You just make sure that you get a GC sponsorship in writing when you go full time and make sure that when you officially change employment the new TN offer letter states the duration as "not more than 1 year".
You would probably do best to apply for a new TN with the new employer via mail and use premium processing.
