Fulltime and partime H1b. Please help.

Hi,
I am working for a company A on fultime H1b and I want to change my employement to company B.

Can I transfer H1b (fulltime) from company A to company B?

Also can I apply parttime H1b from company A.
Also I want to know that will there be any problem for my status if parttime employer does not pay according to the pay specified in parttime H1b.
