Full-time techical & part-time "non-technical" work

Hello everyone,

I am using EAD with AC21 rule to work for another company, having the same role & title as specified in the labor and I-140.

Well, here is my question ---

Can I do part-time "non-technical" work using my EAD ? Will there be any adverse affcts on my pending AOS(i-485). Please let me know.

As far as I know, EAD allows you to work in any position for any company for the length of its validity. Theoretically, you only need to have a technical job or at least a permanent technical job offer at the time of RFE. There shouldn't be any adverse effects in your case.
