Full time study on EAD ?

Full time study on EAD ? Plz help !

Hi,

I plan to study full-time starting Sept 2006. I have I-140 + EAD approved and eligible for AC21 with 485 pending. Can I study full-time (not working) while my 485 is pending ? If so what are the measures I need to take ? What are my options to study full-time on EAD ?

they will ask your previous W2, employment letter, etc..
It's very risky for you to get 485 approval.
You can still keep your finger crossed for no RFE.
