1. are concurrently filed 140 / 485 applications ( those filed before march 31 2004) also being processed as per this memo ? If that is so how far are we into this ( month / year)

2. how long is this concurrent adjudigation of concurrently filed 140 / 485 likely to continue ( any recommendations on this ? )

Currently we are seeing concurrent approvals for filers in Sept / Oct 2003, although there are variations and not all cases are being approved concurrently.

though official start date is APR-04 , They started adjudicating concurrent files that are applied in SEP/OCT-03. All others will be piled up in some storage rooms
