Frustrated with ND 12/99

Hi Everyone,

I'm very frustrated with CIS b-s. My ND is Dc. 99, my case was transferred to the washington office in May. I made an appointment and spoke to an IO, called the CIS 1800 number, wrote to my congresswoman (heard back from her that she has contacted the washington office), still have not heard anything from them. Don't know what else to do! This is freaking ridiculous.

Was it transferred in May 2005? What does it say on the USCIS website about your case? My case was transferred to saint louis office back in january 2005, I did not receive ANYTHING from local ofice but my lawer contacted me and he had a letter from them calling me for an interview...

I was doing a survey about people who go out of the country wity pending cases. Including me, the most of the people I have asked and they had a trip out of the US, have delay in their cases.
My case was transferd to Washington as well, and I have not heard anything back since March 2005.
they update on the website does not say anything about washington but it says has been transferrd, I called them and they told me that.
So tell me if you have any trip out of US.
