Frustrated RD 02/11/00 Still waiting

EB2, PD OCT 96, ND/RD FEB 2000.

Called IIO they said they haven\'t got my file from FBI.
My wife FP were poor quality waiting for RFE.

Gurus any Ideas .....

Did you call the FBI to check FP? I am not very clear on this but somewhere I noted a number 304-625-5590. I think you would have done it. May be you should consult your attorney and tell him to send a inquiry to INS. this might speed up the process.
