The latest I-140 approval that I can find is 03-122 this was approved on 06/27 and the RD was 03/06. I know that this does not give us much to go on but does show atleast one March approval in June.

It is like watching paint dry eh ?

Hopefully someone will have found a case with a later ND that has been approved.

But then I guess that is worse for everyone just waiting.

We can't go upon I-140 approval date, because there are diff. category in that....

I-140 EB2 - it taking between 2-3 months max
I-140 EB3/ Concurrent - it taking 4 months
I-140 EB3 CP Option - God Know's....

so as you said 03-122....got approved, but which category he/she is coming .....On the Website it won't mention wheather it is CP/Concurrent/EB2/EB3.....

I am giving this analysis bepend upon the thread
