I am in the situaiton that my I485 got approved but I am waiting on my wife\'s I485 receipt notice, sice I filed her case only 3 weeks ago.
I got my approval after I sent her papers to VSC. This is what my lawyer has to say on this.
"you can go ahead to stamping. she is fine since we filed it already. "
