I got I-140 using EB-1(b) outstanding researcher sponsored by a company.
and my I-485 pending for two years and I am using EAD. Now I want to go back to academia and take a position of assistant professor. My question is: Can I use AC21 (my current title is "research engineer")? The title is different and duty for professor also includes teaching, which no such duty with research engineer.
