situation:
* someone completes 4.5 years on H1 visa. then gets into job problems.
* so changes to another visa status, let's assume J1/ or F1.
* once the period of J1 studies or F1 studies is over, that fellow decides to switch back to H1 status.
(never leaves the US for this whole duration, except for some 2 week vacation outside)
What would be the duration of the H1 status that the person would get?
Would it be a new H1 for 6 years or would it be for 1.5 years(6-4.5)?
