From FP to Approval!

It seems that the time from FP to Approval is about 6 months according to the most recent approvals. Any other observations?

May not be

Most people got FP notice within 2-4 months of 485 filing. In my case it is almost 8 months for FP.

If that is true; Do I need to wait for another 6 months for approval..

Maybe or maybe not.

I am talking about on average. Of course there are diviations. In the other word, you may need to wait less than 6 months, exectly 6 months, or more than 6 months. But on average, very likely that you will wait for another 6 months. May sounds bitter, sorry.

In my opinion, from FP to GC depens on the I-485\'s RD

So earlier FP desn\'t mean yours will be approved earlier than others.
but, definitly if you don\'t do FP, your case can\'t be closed.

That sounds reasonable.

But without thinking about the cause, the expected mean time is about 6 months, although there are deviations causeed by other factors. But statistically, insignificant. My hypothesis.
