From F1 to Perm with the same sponsor

Hi folks, this list is great. I learned a lot.

My wife and I entered in USA as B2, we found some friends who sponsor myself with a F1, and now they offer to be our sponsor to a Perm. Does anybody think that immigration could advocate agaist us because we are using the same sponsor?
