from EAD to H4 for spouse

Hi,

I have I-140 (for myself) and I-485 (for my wife and myself) applications pending at VSC. We both have got EAD. I am still working on H1 and want to keep using it as long as possible. My wife is on H4 and looking for a job.

She is thinking of using EAD for getting a job. But we are little bit worried about using her EAD since my I-145 is still pending.

My question is if my wife uses her EAD now to get a job and then if something goes wrong with my I-140 application, can I bring her back to H4 without any immigration problem?

Is there anyone on this board who has some information/1st hand experience on this issue?

Yes she can go back to H4 status Once something goes wrong with 140 but as long you have you H1 Valid...
