From EAD to H1B

Need advice, when an employee works on EAD with new Employer (although he/she is having valid H1B till 09/2005), Is it possible to go back to H1B? If yes, what is procedure to go back to H1B from same employer who had filed my last H1B?
Can you guide me please?

Your H1-B becomes tenuous, if your EAD has taken effect. Your status shifts from "H1-B" to "AoS applicant." Even if the validity of your visa is towards the future, yet, the very fact that you had your EAD used will render the H1-B invalid anymore.

I will stand corrected, if others wish to differ.
