from Bad to worse

I just called the 800 number (since the 214 number is gone) and spoke to a lady asking for an update on my case. My notice date is Aug 01. She looked at the website ( which we all have access to) and told me the same old crap, on Feb 03 we received your finger...........) I mentioned to her that its not always updated and I actually spoke to a lady at 214 number last month and she informed me that they received FP for both my wife and myself and she sees in her sytem that the cases 'were waiting to be picked up by an assigned officer' and she told me to call back withina month to get further info.
At this point the 800 number lady told me there is no funrther info she can give me because she cannot do a case status request since Texas center is processing Nov 200 cases and mine was Aug 01.
What a BS. So in my opinion, atleast before we could get SOME info good or bad from the 214 number but now that itsgone, we cant get any info anymore:(

We are in Bad to WORSE now. I don't see anytime soon this is going to become from WORSE to BAD again.:D :D :mad: :mad:

we all know calling those numbers won't be helpful
at all, except some very lucky cases. Then, why do not
we just simply stop calling them. If there is no calling
at all or less calling, are those phone answering service
postions supposed be cut ?
Or those IIO can be transferred to positions by which
can do something substantial ?
