I am on an extension of stay that will expire on feb/06/2010... I live with my ( US citizen ) boyfriend since I got in the USA on Feb 14th 2009.... I want to stay longer and I can't stay in my B1-B2 Visa (valid until june 2015 ) cause I would become ilegal since even though my visa has almost 6 more years of validity, my permit of stay ( form: I - 94 ) expires this february. Is there any way My boyfriend could sponsor me to work with him as a Nanny for his 2 children ages 11 and 13 ?? what would be the legal procedure and is that possible to do right away without having to go back to my country of origin ?? We are reluctant to separation and are willing to do whatever it takes.... We are working on building a relationship and refuse to get married just to resolve an immigration situation alone... What other options do we have ?? what can i do so i don't have to leave my boyfriend and his children alone for almost a year ?? I do not want to get separated from them ..
Thanks

You could attend school on F-1 but would have a difficult time proving non-immigrant intent.

On another note, if your boyfriend has an ex-wife in the picture, you should be very careful about living with him before marriage as it may adversely affect his custody arrangements with his children. Some divorce decrees have cohabitation clauses.

Nannys are via the au pair program. You can research that online and locate sponsoring agencies.

Thanks concerned...
About school I can't attend cause i can't afford it...There is an ex wife ( the mother of the children ) but she stays out of our business since she is the primarian custodian of the kids... even though they spend most of the time with us ... Thanks about the information about the au pair program ...I sure will do some research about it !! as long as the agencies are willing to allow us to pick each other, i dont want to work as a nanny ( unless it would be with my boyfriend's children ) what type of visa would i require ?? Could I deal with it without leaving the USA ??
