Friends who have contacted a Senator.. Question..

Do any of you know what the format of the letter to the Senator look like? Also, though I work in Oregon, my 485 is being filed in VSC(my company headquarters is over there). So, should I contact the Senator in Oregon or from the state where my company headquarters is?
