Friends Urgent AP Question.(ASAP)

Need to revisit INDIA for marriage for my sister on Jan 25th 2004, Just came from INDIA on AP 2 Months ago using AP via PARIS having DATVISA. Current AP expiring on Jan 14 2003. I requested my lawyer asking to expediate the AP process and get approved before Jan 15th 2003, Lawyer is telling me that we cannot expediete AP process.

Can you all suggest what are the options available if I want to attend the Marriage and do not screw up our GC processn Or I dont have any options at all just stay in US till my GC gets approved.

My RD is 10/31/2001
 
AP at local office for emergency purpose can be obtained.
But I am not sure if your case might qualify under 'emergency'
