friends..need help filing for EAD,

Guys if you have read my post, you will know that Boston INS is no longer issuing same day EAD since 5 th feb, so now I have to mail it to VSC,
I know, I need to send Money order, 2 Photos, I-765 form, and they say copy of I-94(if any),problem is my I-94/h1 has expired and I have filed for an extension, So Do I just not send the I-94 ( since they say "if any",) or send the copy of I-94 along with a copy of the application for h1 extension.
I need to mail out soon, So Please ..need advice ASAP.

If you are filing for EAD Renewal

1. I-765 application
2. 2 color photographs.
3. Copy of I-485 fee receipt notice.
4. Fee made payable to Immigration & Naturalization Service. This can also be paid through Personal check if it is Vermont Service Center.
5. Copy of previous EAD card.

Boston INS Stopped Processing EAD for 485 files with Case at Processing Center

The bad news is true.

I checked with the lawyer and the Boston INS office. Effective Feb. 5, if you have a 485 case pending, say in VSC, you only can file EAD or AP at the same center. INS Boston office no longer processes EAD or AP unless your 485 case is transferred to Boston local office.

EAD and AP take at least 80 days at VSC.

gc=patience, I had been to the ins, boston office myself, thats where they told us,
godhelpusgc, I am filing for a new EAD, for me and my wife.
