Friend's Jan 8 2002 RD case approved last month

One of my friend's Jan 8 2002 RD(EB3) approved.He got an RFE for EVL
during 2nd week of August and case approved 2nd week of september.
According to him his case got approved 7 days after RFE response
was received.

I only have the following details.
RD Jan8th 2002
RFE Aug15th 2002 Employment Letter
Approved Sep10th or Sep11th. Don't know exact date.
IND-OH-EB3
Case was approved within 7 days after receiving RFE response.

He is one lucky fellow. My ND is Jan 08, 2002. My RFE reply was received by NSC on Sep 03, 2003. My second FP was done on Sep 18, 2003. So far nothing has happened. Getting sick of seeing the same old message "On September 03, 2003 we received........"
 
EB2 vs EB3

My friend was approved Oct 1. in EB3. She is on same RD, FP as mine. I wonder if EB3 is faster than EB2 or because of my AC21 change company to delay the case?
 
mine is Jan 08 too. but ...

no 2thFP, no REF, no nothing.:(
