friends, I-485 Pending for more than 15 months ; company in trouble ....

I filed AOS in 07/00, still waiting. Mwanwhile my company is going south. I don\'t know how long will the job last.
if i loose the job and could not find a new job, will my 485 still be valid?.

What are the chances I have.
