Friend\'s passport stamping experience in Bellevue WA

- Bellevue INS office is basically one leisurely guy at the top of a rickety flight of stairs in a pokey building
- Opens at 8 AM
- We got there at 7:30, first in line
- Took the I-797 original. Needed it
- Took passport. Needed it
- Took two passport pictures. Needed it. Write your “A” number behind them in pencil
- Took EAD (original and copy). Did not need it
- Took AP (original and copy). Did not need it
- Took copy of driver’s license. Did not need it
- You fill out a form. Two fingerprints. Two signatures. One stamp in the passport
- You’re done. No questions, no interview.
- We were out at 8:15AM.
