AC21 case. Got RFE for employment and DOB. He sent new employment leter.

what all details did they ask inrfe for AC21 in u'r friends case.
only employment letter or any other details; Did he inform the INS when he changed his employer

It would really really help lots of people here if you can check with your friend and find out what the INS asked for in the RFE regarding the employement status and what your friend submitted in reply (like how many pay stubs, employment letter format claiming benefit under AC21 etc....)

I have seen people here who are being looted by their lawyers just to draft the letter to respond to RFE. If someone who has gone through the procedure can post the details, it would help everyone here. That would really give meaning to the purpose of
conducting this forum. All we see is idea and opinions with no real inputs from people who got their case approved using AC21 law. So, please post some details here.

He did't inform INS before the rfe. After he got the rfe he sent a new employment leter to the lawyer, then lawyer drafted a covering leter and lawyer sent those to INS. He don't even know the details about covering leter. He paid $150 for this to lawyer.
