My employer attorney sends I-824 and select US consulate Toronto for Interview


I search step after I-824 but didn’t find any line or information

What is step after that?
Where do I have to submit document?
Did US consulate Toronto contact me or attorney?

R u sure? Only US consulate in Montreal handles the consular processing of he immigrant visas.
 
No I am not sure, but my atorney told me.

what will happen if my attorney send all documents to Toronto consulate? Do they forward to Montreal or I have to file again I- 824?

You or your attorney do not send any paperwork to any consulates, you only send to National Visa Center or District Offices. The NVC forwards it to the correct Consulate, in Canada it will be Montreal.
