Please look at the attached diagram and read below :

Consider each side of the square to be a match stick.
As shown , there are 16 matches which make 5 squares.

Can you, by just moving 3 matches and using all the 16 matches, make 4 squares (of the same size) ?

There are several solutions to that problem. Here's one of the versions. It's probably too late, but what the heck, it's still Friday.
