I need opinions here.
I have an approved EAD on Eb3 with 2006 priority. My company is ready to file my Eb2 perm . Once Eb2 perm and 140 is approved, they will interfile my 485 and convert Eb3 into Eb2 keeping the PD same as of Eb3.
Now perm is taking longer time than usual and 140 is atleast an year. It might take a year or two to get before I could be ready for interfiling, company says by that time Eb2 will be current and I could be close to getting my GC.
I have approved EAD on Eb3, Nothing wrong with the job but I am feeling a burn out already and wanted to change. is it worth waiting for interfiling or stay on Eb3 and move on..
