My question is the following. I am working now under L-1. I got a H-1 (new employer) approval starting from October 1st. My new employer still is wating for me. But now I got EAD via my wife's applciation on GC ( NIW ). My question is:
Can I start right now on EAD but switch it to H-1 from October 1st?
I don't want to be on EAD because it seems pretty dangerous in the case
I-140 of my wife will be denied.
Just for additional info. I don't have H-1 stamped in my passport today.
If I will wait till October 1st as I understand I just can start with H-1. But
in the case I am starting working with EAD right now - does it have any additional complications?
