hey guys,
I appreciate your frustration but do you know how long is the processing time for I-485 based on a granted asylum? It actually takes 10 years now. I have waited 10 years through this process. I hope this makes you feel little better and appreciate what you have. INS, i mean BCIS is an evil empire !!!! :(
 
But the difference is, what happens if a EB waiter is laid off, and is unable to produce an employment letter if there is an RFE for the same. These are some of the issues worrying EB waiters.....I guess that's frustration here in times of uncertainty! :)
