My lawyer has given her own form and she will feel the 485 application for me.Question mentioned below .
Que : Have you or any of your family members filed a previous application with the Immigration and Naturalization Service. If yes, please specify so that we can consider whether a fraud waiver application is necessary:[/B]

3. Asylum Yes No
4. Labor Certification Yes No
5. Family Petition Yes No
Granted or Denied?

Now , i had applied with an employer (for which I never worked) as an future employment based GC and my labor certification was denied.Should I really unveil this fact to my lawyer of current company? should I really need to do that ?
All I am askinghere is mentioning this will ruin my case or what?
I have already seen the 485 application and there is no such question they have mentioned.There is one but it's if you have filed any other 485.
