FPGEE requirement

I guys,
I am a 4th year graduate student in Biochemical toxicology in the US. I have a B Pharm degree from India ( 4year course;1996-2000).
I took both TOEFL&TSE in 1999 and 2000; before being admitted to my University. Since I am already a graduate student in the US,will I have to take the TOEFL/TSE again!
Does anyone know anything about this?
Are there other Phd's like me writting the FPGEE?

I am not sure whether your TSE score is still valid or not. But you have to take TOEFL once again. ETS will submit your old score to NABP as it is already expired.
