FP3 for 2/26 received

Folks,

Did my FP2 on 12/13 and yesterday I received FP3 for 02/26
Spoke to my lawyer, which in turn is making calls to CIS.

What have people done with 3rd FP?


RD 2/13/02
ND 3/5/02
FP1 5/17/02
FP2 12/13/03
FP3 02/26/04
3RD EAD & AP applied
EB3/NJ

A mistake....

This is probably a mistake. But I would suggest that you still go for the 3 FP where they would tell you that it was a mistake. I read this info in this forum. Please search this forum for more info.

Don't worry..I got approval on 8th Jan. But I still did my 3rd FP on 9th Jan 04(..in case..)

Seems you need to ignore this FP3.

Lot of us waiting for FP2.. ...

rather than sending fp2 to lot of fp1 expired waiter..they are sending fp3...which is useless..

God also don't know how the BCIS/USCIS functions.....
