Guys, please write in details if your FP1 has expired and you got your FP2 notice, or did not get it yet. As FP2 is now the most important indicator of approval, this information will help us to track who is getting FP2 and what is their ND.

Pibo, could you change the title to something like "FP1 expired, LUD rcvd...and then nothing"? Just my 2 cents.

FP2 v/s LUD ?

Question 1 - What is LUD?
My FP2 was done on 07/26/2004, checked with FBI and they say INS had received the results on 07/28/2004 but my online status still play the same old message about the FP1. Is there anything I am missing?

Question 2 - I have seen people talking about getting email from INS, I am surprised when do we give them our email addresses? I have filed and got 2 EADs, 2 APs and 2 FPs but never got any email notifications from INS.
Can somebody please explain?
