Any interest in tracking FP2 for RD/ND starting Jan-01-03. Of late it looks like this may be the trigger that restarts processing and has replaced the RFE as the adjudication trend indicator.

Of course, you could receive both depending on your luck and the position of the stars.

Please post your details and I will maintain the xls file.

Please let me know if your AP/EAD triggers FP2. If it does than I will spend the extra bucks and partly help buy that ocean side bungalow for my attorney.
 
it looks like most of the applications with ND 1/03 were not sent FP2 yet. I hope it happens soon.....
 
Hi Rsur,
I recently got my EAD approved, didn't trigger FP2, it didn't even trigger any change in LUD of I-485.

Man, that does not sound encouraging at all...I am now out of pocket by $340 because of EAD/AP renewal.

I also spent that much $$, AP filed recently, was hoping that EAD will trigger something, but nothing happened. Now lets see if AP triggers something.
